::sigh:: Oregon wastes my tax money by spending time declaring an official state dirt
Eugene, Ore.-- There's an official Oregon state flower, bird and even an official Oregon State song but now state lawmakers announced an official state dirt. It's called Jory soil.
The soil got it's name from Jory Hill in Marion County the house took around 20 minutes to decide on the official state dirt. Right after they approved the dungeness crab as the official Oregon crustacean both now await their fate in the senate.
